Sweet Butter Cookies with Achha Milk and Achha Golden Butter


  • 1 cup Achha Butter, softened
  • 1 cup Achha Milk
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, or your favorite add-ins (optional)


Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Beat the Batter: 

  • In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened Achha Butter, Achha milk, and granulated sugar until it becomes light and fluffy. This usually takes about 2-3 minutes to form a consistent batter.

Mix Dry Ingredients:

  • Sift the all-purpose flour and salt into the butter-sugar mixture.
  • Add the vanilla extract.
  • Mix until the dough comes together.
  • Fold the dough if you're adding chocolate chips, nuts, or other extras.

Shape the Cookies:

  • Take small portions of the cookie dough and roll them into balls.
  • Use cookie cutters if required.
  • Place the balls or shapes onto an ungreased baking sheet, leaving space between each.
