Payment Method
The orders placed can be paid through either Cash on Delivery (COD) method or Online Payment. Orders placed through Credit/Debit Card or any other online payment system has to undergo a thorough fraud check, and shall only be processed once cleared by our payment processor. The order shall be considered or cancelled if it fails to qualify the fraud check.
Delivery Process
The delivery service is available for all orders placed in the vicinity of Lahore. The orders shall be delivered in 24 hours from the time of order placement. Once the order is confirmed, our representative shall get in touch with you and confirm your order and delivery address. On confirmation, the order shall be delivered to you within 24 hours.
Exchange Policy
At Achha Foods, we want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase you make from us. If there is a reason that any customer is not satisfied with our product we give them a timeframe in which they can apply for an exchange of products. We do this to make your purchases hassle-free.

Eligibility for Exchanges on all products:
- You can claim exchanges on Achha Milk, Achha Butter and Achha Yogurt within 6 hours of purchase.
- The claims on the exchange of Achha Cheese (any cheese variant) and Achha Desi Ghee can be within 24 hours of purchase.
Order Cancellation
The customer is free to cancel the order, provided before the time of order processing. Once the order has been processed then the order cannot be cancelled. The order gets processed when our representative calls and confirms.
Online Payment

Order Delays
Any delays caused by extreme weather conditions or political issues etc are beyond our control and liability. However, if a natural delay occurs, our representative shall inform the customer about the delay in delivery. Delays that are not in our control includes;
Minimum Order
There is no minimum order criteria, however, orders placed under the value of Rs.850 will be charged Rs.200 as delivery charges and orders valued over Rs.850 will be free delivery.
Complaint Mechanism
The customer needs to make sure that they provide the correct information at the time of order placement. If any issue concerning order change, order delay, order cancellation or order complaint then call our customer representative and we shall address your complaint within 24 hours. In case of damaged or opened goods, you may contact our Customer Care within 2 days from the date of the receipt of your order.
Confirmation Process
Customers will need to provide an active contact number and email address for order placement. All prices of our products available on our website are inclusive of sales tax, in accordance with applicable tax laws of Pakistan.
