Chicken Cheese Tikka with Achha Desi Ghee, Achha Yogurt and Achha Shredded 70/30 Cheese:


  1. 1 Kg Chicken (Boneless and Cubed)
  2. 250g Achha Shredded 70/30 Cheese
  3. 1 cup Achha Yogurt
  4. 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
  5. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  6. 1 tablespoon garam masala
  7. 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 5 tablespoons Achha Desi Ghee
  10. Fresh coriander for garnish


  1. Mix a smooth marinade with Achha Yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt.
  2. Add Achha Shredded 70/30 to the marinade; heat it for 30 seconds so it melts and infuses in the mix.
  3. Throw in boiled chicken cubes and let the marinate sit for at least 1.5 hours.
  4. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
  5. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers or chopsticks.
  6. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush over melted Achha Desi Ghee over the Chicken Tikka cubes.
  8. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is golden and slightly charred at the edges.
  9. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with raita and salad.
