Chicken Cheese Tikka with Achha Desi Ghee, Achha Yogurt and Achha Shredded 70/30 Cheese:
Ingredients:
- 1 Kg Chicken (Boneless and Cubed)
- 250g Achha Shredded 70/30 Cheese
- 1 cup Achha Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 5 tablespoons Achha Desi Ghee
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
- Mix a smooth marinade with Achha Yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt.
- Add Achha Shredded 70/30 to the marinade; heat it for 30 seconds so it melts and infuses in the mix.
- Throw in boiled chicken cubes and let the marinate sit for at least 1.5 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers or chopsticks.
- Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Brush over melted Achha Desi Ghee over the Chicken Tikka cubes.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is golden and slightly charred at the edges.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with raita and salad.
