Data Deletion

Option 1: Request via Email

Users can request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting us.

Email: achhaemart@gmail.com
Subject: Data Deletion Request – Achha Emart App

Please include the following information:

• Your registered email address

• Your name or username used in the app

• Reason for deletion (optional)

After receiving the request, we will delete your account and all associated personal data from our servers within 7 business days.

Option 2: Delete Account Inside the App

If the account deletion option is available inside the Achha Emart mobile app, users can delete their account directly from the app settings.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When your request is processed, we will delete:

• Your account information

• Login information

• Order history linked to your account

• Any stored personal data

Some information may be retained if required for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes.
